Not long ago Nigeria Customs Service Officer Wale Adeniyi, warned Nigerians to be careful , as report have it that some die-hard rice smugglers have started to ship plastic rice to Africa from China.
The warning somehow was weird but we have confirmation as a Nigerian woman fell victim to this poisonous plastic rice has raises alarm.
